As we embark on our Encompass Implementation project, I want to share my vision for this transformative initiative. At M/I FINANCIAL, we're committed to building a more robust and efficient mortgage operation that better serves our customers and partners. Our implementation goals focus on establishing a stable, streamlined platform that will significantly reduce system issues and manual processes, ultimately accelerating our loan processing timeline. We're also prioritizing enhanced integration capabilities—both with our third-party vendors and across the M/I family of companies, including M/I Homes and M/I Title. These improvements will help us minimize funding delays, reduce loan suspense and buybacks, and create a more seamless experience for all stakeholders. This investment in our technological infrastructure represents a crucial step forward in strengthening our competitive position and operational excellence.
