The move from MCP to Encompass represents a significant upgrade that will streamline our loan origination processes and improve visibility across the board. The milestone-based workflow in Encompass provides much clearer tracking of loan status and accountability, eliminating the need to piece together information from various statuses and reports. The highly customizable and dynamic pipeline gives us real-time alerts and notifications, keeping us informed without the manual checks required today. Additionally, Encompass offers integrated tools like seamless MI quoting and automated disclosure delivery, saving time and reducing errors. Perhaps most importantly, the enhanced borrower experience through the Consumer Connect portal empowers our customers to self-serve, while still keeping the MIF team in the loop. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, the transition to Encompass sets us up for greater efficiency, better data-driven decision making, and an overall improved mortgage experience for both our MIF Team and our customers.
