All M/I Financial employees should expect to engage with the new system starting in May 2025, with preparatory training and awareness activities beginning in February 2025. The Change Management Team will be conducting two types of activities. From now through May 12 Go-Live, there will be activities designed to assist MIF End Users prepare for the switch to Encompass LOS on May 12. Then after the May 12 Go-Live, these support activities will switch to activities that are designed to support End Users in their day-to-day use of Encompass LOS. These types of activities are known as Business-As-New-Usual (BANU) activities.
This phased approach ensures a smooth transition while maintaining operational continuity. Your team leaders will provide specific details about your role in this transition.
